About Us

Caledonia Kennels is located 10 miles east of Greeley, CO. in the town of Kersey. Just off the South Platte River and right in the middle of 1 million plus wintering geese.  

We are a small kennel, but we have hunted over and trained Chessies for 20 years. During this time we have realized the value of versatility in this breed. In 1997 we entered the show and obedience ring. We feel that is important to breed a well balanced dog that can excel in multiple disciplines; this includes being part of the family. Our dogs are included in the duck blind, slumber parties and the show ring.
